200FT Compressed Air Line Kit for Shop Installation Instructions: Step 1: Use the tubing cutter provided to cut the tube to the desired length, rotating your wrist while cutting. Step 2: Bevel the inside of the tubing by inserting the reaming tool and rotating it at least 3 full turns. Use peg #25 for 3/4” tubing. Step 3: Remove the nut and split ring from the 3/4" tubing fitting, then put them on the tubing. Insert the fitting into the tubing. Step 4: Turn the nut until hand-tight, make a reference mark on the nut and fitting body, then tighten the nut with a wrench a minimum of 3/4 of a turn or until tight.
