Product Description Important Information!（Please read carefully） If you need to remove the nozzle from the zerk fitting, please follow the steps below:

1. Loosen the hose or nozzle slightly to release the pressure.
2. Gently pull the nozzle up and down to detach it from the zerk fitting (do not fully unscrew the nozzle).

Grease guns commonly encounter this issue, and we recommend purchasing a manual unload couple for easier use. The problem arises from the pressure inside the grease gun, which causes the coupler to clamp tightly onto the zerk fitting. This ensures no leakage and smooth grease pumping. When the gun loses pressure, it can easily be released from the zerk fitting.

We have two suggestions for preventing grease from being pumped out:

1. Press the air bleeder valve to release any trapped air.
2. Unscrew the coupler half a turn.

Note: The Lnchett grease gun is compatible with any standard 14 oz grease cartridge.

Air-Release Valve Design: It is crucial to release air from the tube after adding new grease to the gun. The air-release valve allows air to escape after pumping grease into the head. Simply press the valve for easy lubrication.

The thickened Spring: Our grease gun features a 2nd generation spring that is more powerful and thicker than standard springs. This ensures consistent pressure on the plunger, a key indicator of a well-built grease gun.

Reinforced Grease Gun: The steel barrel of our grease gun is reinforced for durability and a sleek appearance. The rubber handle provides leverage for comfortable use all day long, while the heavy-duty plunger enables quick and efficient grease pumping.

Insert the Grease Cartridge: Always store the grease cartridge cap-side down to prevent air bubbles. Screw the head back onto the cylinder tightly, then loosen it half a turn to release any trapped air.

Push the Grease In: Press the safety lock with your thumb and push the T-handle to the end to pump grease effectively.

Ready to Lubricate: If you encounter issues pumping grease, unscrew the head half a turn or more, release the air using the bleeder valve, and repeat 1-3 times for successful pumping.
