SUPPORTING FOUR GREASE FILLING METHODS

In order to prevent leakage, ensure that the nozzle and hose are tightly sealed. After loading the grease, screw the grease gun head back onto the barrel. Remember to keep the head loose, allowing for 2-3 turns before fully tightening. Release the plunger rod and move it in and out a few times to force the grease into the head and expel any trapped air. Press the air release valve before using the grease gun continuously to further expel any trapped air. Pump the gun until grease flows out continuously, then tighten the grease gun head fully onto the barrel.
